Rasterbator!

The Sect of Homokaasu - The Rasterbator

easy concept:
"The Rasterbator is a web service which creates huge rasterized pictures out of relatively small image files. The pictures can be assembled into extremely cool looking posters up to 5 meters in size! You can either upload a file from your computer or use any file that is publicly available in the internet. After you have cropped and selected a desired size for the image, the rasterbated image will be sent to you as an easily printable pdf file."

this is actually really cool. its an easy thing to do on your own but this makes it easier. what? you have shitty posters or blank walls? this is where to start. no its not like making a poster out of a small web pic, enlarging a rasterized picture does decrease the quality. youll end up with pixelation. but the way this works is more like creating an installation art piece. the grid pattern effect from the 8.5x11 print outs from your home printer and pixleation make this look cooler than what the enlarged clean edged poster would look like. depending on what image you use of course. but yes this is cool and i recomend you do some redecorating.
