ok i am super new to this blog deal. as i find out more about the universe that is blogging i find myself getting my mind blown. not really but i am easily impressed. its way bigger than i had thought. but as i keep going i keep thinking, "really, who reads this?"
first for those of you that i know that dont know bloging. blog is short for Web Log which is what this site is and millions of other sites. now that i have a blog i can spot blogs easier. and i am thinking 50% of all sites are blogs.
so back to what i was saying, really who will read this? i have no idea. i see these blog rings that contain hundreds of blogs. and im sure if you are on that ring and have a blog then you must read other blogs too. but im sure some of those blogs dont get read. which is think is the case for many blogs. so now im just doing this because im learning a hella lot of shit about css/html etc. and it keeps me busy entertaining the thought that this blog could actually have some positve effect somewhere. not like spiritual orphilantropic but more shallow like maybe if i do something right here i can get a job [which equals money]. so who reads this? i dunno but i think ill have to make it my goal to actually do something that warrents peoples reading time. i need a theme.
craplog. right now im going with the theme of crap. sometimes i feel the need to post something but only half heartedly. so what ever i post is crappy. ill maybe want to review something but if i finish and i think the review sucks, im posting it. this will all be crappy. but not some novel idea where its crappy on purpose but it will be what it is. and im betting on crap.
so if you end up here some how its either because you know me or saw a link to here somewhere. because even before i grasped this whol blog thing i have been spreading my blog address all over different communities like a sailor with VD on shore leave. so bare with me as i figure out direction and focus. i am also thinking about opening up author permisions to other people. because this is alot of crap to handle on my own.
i know it can be done. i have found some cool blogs this week and i will be putting links to them as i collect them. shit actually worth reading. right now though im still figuring out what i want here. and im being retarded with all the cool plugins. including hot blog thingy at the moment, blogshares. fantasy stock market sounds so boring to me but im new and will follow my peers. things i would like to add would be a gallery of some of the graphic design work i have done and some projects i am working on. my new thing is t shirt design. screen printing rules.
ok i have already forgotten my direction with this single post. hehe very appropriate . this being crap log with crap posts and all. also spelling is not my strong point so dont sweat me. so in summation:
blogging as a whole: interesting, enourmous, customizable, do-able
my current blog: weak, growing, figuring shit out, will be cool
i will not bore you with live journal shit. you will from time to time see posts that are journal-like but i know ill be bored. and you will see links and posts deliberatly lifted from other sites/blogs. but i will give credit to the original if i can remember.
and again if this blog never gets cool ill end up shutting it down because if its not worth doing right......if orget the last part of that saying but i think it applies here.
and for gods sake comment on shit. this is crap log. comments are always crappier than the posts anyway. and you are discouraged from putting time and effort into a comment.
